As a native of the Gulf Coast, Sara understands the importance of adequate sun protection and skin exams.
First inspired to become a Physician Assistant by her father, a physician by trade, Sara is devoted to providing comprehensive skin care for her patients, including general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She welcomes both pediatric and adult populations.
Sara is passionate about aesthetic dermatology and is experienced in injectables like Juvederm®, Restylane®, Botox®, and Kybella® as well as the CoolSculpting® procedure. Using her artistic eye, she creates individualized plans for her patients to ensure the most natural and beautiful results.
In her spare time, Sara can typically be found in her art studio creating pottery. Jessica Geddes

Originally hailing from Southern California, Jessica Geddes, PA-C, is thrilled to call Nevada home after a decade spent expanding her dermatology skill set in the Bay Area. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Jessica is honored to share her knowledge and skills with her patients and community.
Prior to making the much-anticipated move to Northern Nevada, Jessica earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, in 2007. She has traveled abroad to Kenya, Africa to provide dermatology care and community services as a part of the Passion to Heal volunteer program, and to rural Peru as a part of the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, providing immunizations and health education.
Jessica loves being outdoors in any capacity, whether hiking, paddle-boarding, or simply finding a new spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. She also enjoys yoga and cooking. Shiloh Boyer

Shiloh is a registered nurse and aesthetician specializing in laser safety and wound care. She received her bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in Nursing and Community Health Sciences and has been a licensed aesthetician since 2006.
Shiloh has more than fifteen years of customer service experience in health care. Lexie Staud
Bend Dermatology
Alexandria (Lexie for short) was born in Klamath Falls and raised in Tulelake, and is a native of the Klamath Basin. After high school, Lexie attended Boise State University, where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biology in 2015. During a gap year following college, she worked as a medical assistant in family practice, and also worked as a medical assistant for Bend Dermatology in their Klamath Falls office. It was during this time that Lexie developed a great interest in dermatology.
Lexie attended Idaho State University for PA school, and graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in August 2018. She returned to Bend Dermatology shortly after graduation to begin her career as a physician assistant. Lexie is passionate about counseling patients on their conditions and working together with the patient to devise a treatment plan that will benefit them the most. She loves the visual aspect of dermatology, and finds it very rewarding to clear patients of acne and rashes, as well as treating their lesions of concern.
In 2019, Lexie will be joining Eric Krinsky, PA-C at BDC’s Klamath Falls office. Lexie is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants, a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is a fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Lexie’s supervising physician is Dr. Fridolin Hoesly.
In her free time, Lexie enjoys being outside with her husband Nick and dog Reagan, hiking, rafting, cooking, and cheering on her Boise State Broncos. She also enjoys bothering her friends and family to wear their sunscreen!

Barbara Bowman
Bend Dermatology
Barbara brings twenty years of experience as a Practice Administrator to Bend Dermatology. She has experience managing specialty practices, including Bend Dermatology, along with working in Primary Care and Internal Medicine.
Barbara was born and raised in Oregon, and spent a lot of her childhood in the beautiful Central Oregon area. She attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
Barbara enjoys breeding, raising, and showing APHA Reined Cow horses, making jewelry, and leather working.
She feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to return to Oregon and to work with the UDP family and the outstanding team at Bend Dermatology.

Stephanie Collins
Skin Cancer & Dermatology
Stephanie Collins joins SCDI from Dayton Skin Care (DSC), a Mohs, dermatology, and aesthetic practice in Ohio. At DSC, her responsibilities included day-to-day operations, practice growth, provider relations and recruiting, employee engagement, new service and product initiatives, marketing, and more. She enjoys new opportunities and challenges, problem solving, coaching and mentoring, and helping organizations achieve their goals.
Stephanie grew up in the Maryland / Washington DC area, attended Colorado College, and lived and worked in New York City and Brussels, Belgium, before attending business school at Indiana University. After receiving her MBA, Stephanie worked for Procter & Gamble’s beauty care division in various finance roles and then for National Cash Register (NCR) in global finance and treasury roles.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her sons (Eli, a senior at Colorado College and Noah, a sophomore at UVA), travel, reading, nature, the outdoors, and community involvement. She is almost always up for an adventure, exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people.
