Kevin Kassover, VP of Aesthetics

Mr. Kassover brings extensive leadership experience in medical aesthetics and multi-site healthcare organizations to his role as Vice President of Aesthetics at United Derm Partners. Before joining United Derm Partners, he led and advised dermatology, plastic surgery, and medspa practices nationwide, overseeing clinical operations, business development, sales management, and patient experience initiatives. Throughout his career, Mr. Kassover has driven double-digit growth across dermatology, medical spa, and fertility service lines, focusing on scalable operational systems, provider alignment, and a consistent, high-quality aesthetic patient journey.

In addition to his executive roles at Topix Pharmaceuticals and California Skin Institute, Mr. Kassover has served as an independent practice consultant, supporting providers in practice management, marketing and brand strategy, software and EMR selection, financial planning, capital purchasing, HR, and customer-service training. His background includes leading skincare and aesthetics programs for both independent clinics and large, multi-location healthcare groups, where he has helped build integrated cosmetic and medical service offerings tailored to local markets. Mr. Kassover holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, providing a strong foundation in business and healthcare that informs his approach to partnering with physicians, elevating aesthetic outcomes, and advancing the growth of aesthetics at United Derm Partners.
