Emily Venable, VP of Human Resources

Ms. Venable brings to United Derm Partners more than 15 years of experience in healthcare services companies managing all aspects of a human resources department, including training, employee relations, recruiting, health and safety, as well as compensation and benefits. Prior to joining United Derm Partners, Ms. Venable was VP of Human Resources with Urgent Team, a leading urgent care provider in the Southeast. She has also served as a Human Resources Manager for Nashville-based H2U, which provides wellness solutions and worksite health centers, and for DSI Renal.

Ms. Venable graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology and a major in Human Resources. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification.
