Andrew Mintz, CEO

Mr. Mintz brings extensive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare organizations to his role as Chief Executive Officer of United Derm Partners. Before joining United Derm Partners, he served as Chief Executive Officer of The Smilist, a doctor–aligned dental support organization with more than 100 locations across the Northeast. During his tenure, he strengthened clinical-support infrastructure, enhanced the patient experience, and advanced operational systems designed to help providers deliver high-quality care. Mr. Mintz has held senior leadership positions across several national healthcare service organizations in women’s health and multispecialty groups, where he oversaw operations, revenue cycle performance, growth strategy, and organizational development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
