James (Blake) Korndorfer, VP of Operations

Through various leadership positions within the healthcare industry, Mr. Korndorffer, brings with him a wealth of experience in LEAN management, revenue cycle operations, and a success in growing patient satisfaction, volume and collections by building teams that provide high-quality patient-centered care. Prior to joining United Derm Partners, he held leadership positions with UT Physicians, the group practice for The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston (UTHSC-H), The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) and most recently as Administrator/VP of Operations for The Austin Diagnostic Clinic in Austin.

Mr. Korndorffer received his degree in Health Administration from Texas State University located in San Marcos, Texas. He is a native Texan, and lives in Austin, TX with his wife and three children.
