Chad Baldwin, Chief Development Officer

Mr. Baldwin brings over 15 years of extensive experience in strategic development and operational leadership to United Derm Partners (UDP). As a valuable addition to our team, he has played a pivotal role in various healthcare organizations, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

Before joining UDP, Mr. Baldwin served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at SpecialtyCare, the leading provider of perfusion and intraoperative neuromonitoring services. In this role, he was responsible for driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth opportunities.

Prior to his tenure at SpecialtyCare, Mr. Baldwin held the position of Chief Development Officer at Covenant Physician Partners and US Urology. During his time there, he spearheaded both organic and inorganic growth, collaborating with physicians across the nation. His expertise in partnership development and strategic planning significantly contributed to the expansion and success of these organizations.

Furthermore, Mr. Baldwin gained valuable experience in development and operational leadership roles at Surgery Partners, Inc., a fully integrated outpatient healthcare company. His contributions to this organization enhanced its operational efficiency and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

Mr. Baldwin is a Certified Public Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His strong financial acumen, combined with his deep understanding of the healthcare industry, allows him to provide invaluable insights and drive strategic decision-making at UDP. Mr. Baldwin resides in the Nashville area with his wife and two children.
